General Registration - Please note that the convention fees are all-inclusive, except for the optional pre-convention assistant coach and hitting seminars (Tuesday, November 27) and the golf or tennis tournaments (Wednesday, November 28). Your registration fee covers all events beginning at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, through Saturday, December 1; this includes all receptions, luncheions, banquets and breakfasts.

Friday/Saturday Registration Only - For high school and travel ball coaches only able Friday and Saturday, we are offering a special two-day only rate - $100 for NFCA members and $190 for nonmembers. (You can join on the registration form to get the lower rate and receive NFCA membership benefits, including 16 issues of our official newspaper Fastpitch Delivery.) The two day only rate includes the Schutt Sports Continental Breakfast Friday and Saturday, and the Ringor Coaches Roundtable lunch on Saturday. Two-day registrants who wish to attend the Speedlline Coach of the Year/NFCA Hall of Fame Banquet Friday night may buy a ticket for $30 (please see form).

Refund Policy - Cancellations received prior to November 14 will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $20. Cancellations after November 14 but prior to November 21 will receive a one-half refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after November 21.
