Hotel Information
Rooms have been reserved at two neighboring hotels at different rates. While the two properties are only about a seven-minute walk apart, a shuttle will run hourly to move attendees between the two locations.

The Radisson Resort and Spa will host most of the meetings and clinic sessions, while the Divisions II and III caucuses will be held next door at the Holiday Inn SunSpree.

Both are resort properties located in the heart of Scottsdale. The Radisson is a 76-acre, four-diamong resort setting that offers the Mist Spa, a 20,000 square foot spa and fitness center. It also has 21 lighted tennis courts.

Completely redecorated in contemporary decor with a touch of the Southwest, the SunSpree Resort features amenities such as a refrigerator in every room, Café on the Lakes, a Marketessen for quick meals, lounge, outdoor heated pool, whirlpool, two lighted tennis courts, official size croquet court, and jogging trails. In addition, it sits on the 18-hole Scottsdale Links Golf Course, and offers a fitness center and tennis courts.

Hotel Rates - The NFCA has acquired the following rates beginning Thursday, November 22, through Sunday, December 2:

Hotel Reservations - Room blocks will be held until November 9 but could fill up prior to this date. Tell the reservations agent that you want the NFCA rate.

Hotel Cancellations - If you must cancel your reservation, you will be charged for one night's lodging unless cancellation is received at least 72 hours (Radisson) or 48 hours (Holiday Inn) in advance.

Parking - There is no charge for parking.

Travel and Rental Car Arrangements
Canterbury Travel & Tiger Travel Associates is our conference travel agency again this year. They can handle air and car reservations and any special accommodations. They've arranged a conference discount with American Airllines of 10% if you book more than 60 days in advance, or 5% if closer to the travel date. Airport Transportation
SuperShuttle provides shuttle service from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to Scottsdale. Once arriving in Phoenix, go to the SuperShuttle booth located in the baggage claim area. You can purchase a one-way ticket to your hotel for approximately $15 or a round-trip ticket for $30. Shuttles leave on the hour and half-hour to the hotels. To schedule a return to the airport, call 480/244-9000 at least one day prior to departure.

What to Wear?
Dress for the NFCA National Convention is casual, except for the Speedline Coach of the Year/NFCA Hall of Fame Banquet and the WPSL reception prior to the dinner. Men should wear coat and tie, and women should wear a nice pants outfit or dress for the Friday night events. The average temperatures in Scottsdale in November are between 54.6 and 78.6.
